A Yoga Nidra practice helps to reduce the stress and tensions we carry with us in our everyday lives. It is said that one hour of Yoga Nidra is equal to four hours of deep sleep.
What to Wear Bring
This class welcomes all levels - no meditation or yoga experience necessary. Workshop will begin with gentle movement before making your way down for a restful Yoga Nidra practice. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat for the practice. Please feel free to bring an eye mask, socks, sweater or anything else that helps you to get cozy during the Nidra practice.
